The petitioner submits that he would be raising his claim for regularization before The Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Sitamarhi (respondent no. 5). He submits that he is entitled to regularization on Grade IV post as he working as daily wage employee since 2002 in Sitamarhi Collectorate. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no.5 within a period of four weeks along with a copy of this order.
