The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 332, 337, 379, 411, 283 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 4996 of 2022 and 2357 of 2022.
