Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of condition mentioned in the judgment and order dated 08.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8450 of 2019, the vehicle of the petitioner could not be released as the petitioner has no known person in the district of Buxar nor any relative is there in the said district.
