2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Supaul (Laukaha,O.P.) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 353, 354, 332, 333, 307, 224, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a)/45 of Bihar Prohibition and the Excise Act.

3. As per allegation made in the FIR, co-accused Deepak Sada was arrested by the police. The villagers assembled and the accused persons including the petitioners manhandled the police party and rescued the co-accused Deepak Sada.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case.

No.69905 of 2023(2) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 They are the persons of clean antecedent and on the similar ground, some other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55904 of 2023. They were merely spectators and the police lodged false case against them.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise 1 Supaul in connection with Supaul (Laukaha,O.P.) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
