Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2017 in a case wherein the recovery of firearm was from the house of the neighbour and not from conscious possession of the petitioner or from the house of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14526 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nagar Police Station Case No.178 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
