2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 15 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and there is no independent witness of seizure list. Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2025.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 342 of 2025.
