JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction upon the Respondent Authorities to stay the construction of the Community building upon the land appertaining to Thana No. 177, Tauzi No. 4920, Khata No. 135, Khesra No. 137, admeasuring around 3 Kathas, given to the petitioner for rehabilitation by the Government of Bihar as the petitioner belongs to the downtrodden community and has no place to go if removed from their aforementioned land. (ii) For a direction upon the Respondent Authorities to provide land and shelter to the petitioner and

Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria for redressal of her grievances and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Khagaria shall pass a reasoned and legal order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
