2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 115(2), 109, 117(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) and 126(2) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other named accused persons assaulted the informant, his brother and other family members with lathi and danda. It is further alleged that this petitioner took away Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Both the parties are co-villagers and due to some petty dispute the marpeet took place in which both sides have sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67957 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and case & counter case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
