The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34157 of 2022 along with analogous case to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- each in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Sasaram Mahila P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Sub-Judge-VII-cum-A.C.J.M., Sasaram.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27393 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 The order dated 22.09.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
