JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-10-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised a grievance about non-inclusion of her application for the post of Anganbari Sevika as the authorities concerned claims that she belongs to different area and the selection has to be made with regard to the Center No.9 which has been shifted from Ward No. 9 to Ward No.12 and, on that ground, the application of the petitioner has not been accepted by the authority concerned.

Let the petitioner file a fresh application before the District Programme Officer, Kaimur, Bhabhua who will examine her

Patna High Court CWJC No.13166 of 2013 dt.04-10-2016 case and shall pass a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation and while deciding the grievance of the petitioner will examine all the relevant circulars including letter dated 27.4.2013 and shall also issue notice to the persons concerned.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
