No. 10142 of 2021 was disposed of on 25.02.2023 on the basis of supplementary affidavit filed by the Lalit Narayan Mithila University stating therein that the revised pay scale to the petitioner has been granted and on the basis of the same, the revised pension, gratuity and other retiral dues shall be paid to the petitioner within a reasonable time frame. This Court had directed the University to ensure payment of retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of three months.

2. A show cause has been filed by the Lalit Narayan

Patna High Court MJC No.3336 of 2024(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 Mithila University. In paragraph No. 6 of the same, the details of payment towards arrears of pension, difference of gratuity and difference of P.F. have been mentioned.

3. Learned counsel for the University submits that the entire payment has been made and if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to arrears of salary, he is at liberty to file a representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University for redressal of his grievance.

4. Considering the show cause filed by the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University for his remaining grievance towards arrears of salary.
