Petitioner is accused in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 registered under Sections 493, 376, 316 and 323 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of the first information report itself, it appears that there was love affairs between the petitioner and the informant for a long time and there was sexual relationship between them, but the informant did not complaint about this. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019.

Case No. 20 of 2019.
