2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali Case No. 57 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 3(2) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the post-mortem report it appears that the deceased has died due to hanging and there was no injury mark found on the body of the deceased. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that there is no injury on the dead body of the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 57/2024 subject to the condition:- (i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
