It is contended on behalf of the Housing Board that direction contained in order dated 23.12.2011 as contained in Annexure 1 has been complied with as Price Committee has already taken a decision and communicated that to the petitioner. However, it is contended on behalf of the petitioner that, as per direction, calculation chart has not been provided to the petitioner.
