Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 110C of 2014 for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint case is that a plot was purchased by her from one Md. Fahim Ansari is different in area and the said land was purchased by Fahid from the petitioner. Hence, the complainant has been duped after making purchase of the said land. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal history and the matter relates to civil dispute and that he had no concern with the said land as the land of the petitioner was earlier purchased by Md. Fahim Ansari who had sold it to the complainant, as such no

However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 110C of 2014.
