2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has three minor children who are living with the petitioner and there is no-one to look after the affairs of the minor children. As a matter of fact out of anger, the deceased
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66752 of 2025(3) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 has committed suicide. Charges have already been framed in the case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.
