It is submitted that though in the petition filed under Sections 439 and 440 of Criminal Procedure Code, though name of the petitioner's father has been mentioned as Raja Yadav, resident of Village - Naugarh, Police Station - Hilsa, District - Nalanda, the same has wrongly been typed in the order dated 06.04.2018 whereby bail was granted to the petitioner as son of Yoddha Prasad, resident of Village - Garh Gulnipar, Police Station - Hilsa, District - Nalanda.

Let such defect be cured and the father's name of the petitioner in order dated 06.04.2018 passed in this case may be read as Raja Yadav, resident of Village - Naugarh, Police Station - Hilsa, District - Nalanda.
