The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.Case No. 195 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's son has had verbal duel with one Manglam Ram relating to liquor and also there was dispute in between the deceased and other co-accused Sonu, Saddam Ansari, Mithun and Rahul Kumar and allegation is that accused persons came in the night and called his son and taken him away along with them and Sonu (Petitioner) and Manglam, at that point of time, was standing on the road. Submission is that case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to Manglam who has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 61268 of 2017, besides that, other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21286 of 2018(2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 co-accused Sonu and Saddam Ansari has also been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 3958 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 3486 of 2018 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and on the ground of parity, the petitioner, namely , Sonu @ Sonu Miya is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Fast Track Court-1st, Buxar in connection with Sessions Trial No. 312 of 2017 arising out of Buxar (M) P.S.
