====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 263 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the informant is that the son of the informant has gone to his maternal uncle's village on 15.08.2023. On 16.08.2023, one Khushi Kumari informed informant's niece that that the petitioner along with others have killed the son of the informant and the dead body has been concealed in a pond.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional C.J.M.-IX, Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court below in connection with Parsa P.S.
