Petitioner seeks bail in Ishwapur P.S.Case No.76 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 504, 307/34 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner caught hold of the hand of the informant and asked another co-accused Vigan Kumar to shoot at the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of firing by the petitioner and so called injury on the person of the informant said to be fired by another accused is not a firearm injury rather the injury was caused by hard and blunt object and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

No.13115 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Saran, Chapra, in Ishwapur P.S.Case No.76 of 2017.
