Mr. SRI NITYANAND ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Uphara P. S. Case no. 6 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 439 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is father of the deceased who in his written complaint has alleged that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with petitioner three years before and she was subjected to torture for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. From the said wedlock one son was born and she was having pregnancy and because of non-fulfilment of demand of Rs.3 lacs she has been killed by her in-laws on 9.2.2017 by strangulation with the help of rope. In the post mortem examination report no external injury was found on the body of the deceased and from the report it is difficult to hold that it is a homicidal or suicidal

Considering the facts of the present case and petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2017 and he has no criminal antecedent, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection with Uphara P. S. Case No. 6 of 2017.
