JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 The petitioners have work shops for manufacture of iron grill etc. in Kali Mandir Road, Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna. They had a commercial connection for his premises. On inspection, the official of the Power Holding Company found the seal of the meter broken. They have alleged theft and have also instituted a case bearing Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.113 of 2013 under section 135 of the Electricity Act. The petitioners dispute that their meters were tempered. They make a request for testing of the meter by the appropriate agency. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioners file a petition before the Special Court, in seisin of the case, he would pass an appropriate order expeditiously directing the meter to be tested
Patna High Court CWJC No.16629 of 2013 (2) dt.14-09-2015 by an appropriate authority within a time frame not exceeding two months from the date of order of learned Special Court. With the aforesaid directions and observations, this writ application stands disposed of.
