Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 452, 337, 338, 323, 326, 307, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 allegedly committed theft in the house and petitioner No.4-Kanhaiya Ram @ Sujit Kumar Ram allegedly assaulted with iron rod causing injury at the head. Doctor has found injury by hard and blunt substance. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioners are in

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) Police Station Case No.189 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
