Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered under sections 354A, 354B, 323, 395, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 329, 384, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 9, 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67403 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 157 of 2018.
