1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case no. 53 of 2023 registered under sections 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the petitioner who happens to be his son came armed with a country-made pistol and started to abuse the persons present there. He was threatening that he would shoot them. The members of the family gathered, the petitioner was caught and handed over to the police. A country-made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from his possession.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, his being in custody since 29.6.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case no. 53 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.
