The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Managing Director, B.S.F.C., Patna as well as District Manager, B.S.F.C., Bhojpur at Ara to return money of Rs. 17,98,209.20 as 1572.59 quintal of wheat has not been supplied to the petitioner for the procurement year 2012-13 and for further direction to the Managing Director, B.S.F.C., Patna as well as District Manager, B.S.F.C., Bhojpur at Ara to return money with regard to extra deposit of money i.e. Rs. 17,98,209.20 along with security deposit of Rs. 1 lac; and for connected

At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioner is permitted to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna (Respondent No. 3) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances raised in the present writ petition, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appear and have been heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Managing Director, State Food and Civil Supply, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of, expeditiously, and preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
