2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner that he along with one Shamshul assaulted the brother of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties and the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather there is general and omnibus in nature. Both the parties are next door neighbors.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bahadurpur (Sonaki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
