The petitioner has been in custody on his remand since 23.12.2017 in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 93/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier he was in custody in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 107/2017 in which he has been granted bail but no sooner was he granted bail in connection with the said case, the petitioner was remanded in connection with the present case. He further submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade in connection with the present case. Considering the aforementioned facts and
