Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act. About 100 gm of ganja in small packets was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated that he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already completed. Considering the small quantity of ganja from possession of petitioner and he has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22954 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Special Case No. 166 of 2017 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 209 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
