2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, two F.I.R. named and six unknown miscreants, riding on four motorcycles, entered into shop of the informant and assaulted him and looted golden chain worth Rs. 85,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- cash on the point of pistol.
4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P. S. Case No. 130 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
