Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a,26 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2017.

From the possession of the petitioner, a loaded pistol and cartridges were allegedly recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, on completion of nine months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6664 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 where the case is pending in connection with Barauni Police Station Case No.295 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
