The petitioner has been in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/323/307/326(a)/504/506/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to renew the prayer for bail of the present petitioner (Raja Kumar @ Raja Babu), petitioner No. 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 41085 of 2017 which was rejected on 21.09.2017 in which the petitioner has already been in jail.

Considering the period of custody and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case between the parties, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13379 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017.
