The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 21746 of 2019.

No new ground is being raised for grant of bail to the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 from the court of the learned Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62921 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Naugachhia, District-Bhagalpur. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
