The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022 registered under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after 45 days without there being any explanation for the same. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66982 of 2022(2) dt.20-01-2023 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
