JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S.Case No. 602 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that stolen motorcycle was recovered from one Pawan Kumar, who has falsely disclosed the name of the petitioner regarding purchasing the said motorcycle from him and except that there is no other material against him and petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kanhaiya Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheikhura in connection with Barbigha P.S.
