JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions JudgeIII, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of liquor from a truck and the driver disclosed that liquor was carried for the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
