Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners submits that the allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that she assaulted with lathi on the leg of the informant's wife and petitioner no.2 stanched ear ring from the wife of the informant.

The allegation of assault by Garasa is against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62649 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Upendra Yadav and not against these petitioners in this case. The petitioners and the informant are Gotias and there is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
