The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non-payment of salary.
Mr. Sundram, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to Annexure-7 the salary of te petitioners
Patna High Court CWJC No.13362 of 2017(3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 was stopped. Later on, the District programme officer (Establishment), Gopalganj issued letter no. 1380 dated 07.06.2016 (Annexure-8) recalling the order.
In view of the fact that the order stopping the salary of the petitioners was withdrawn by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj vide letter no. 1380 dated 07.06.2016, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court. The respondents are directed to act upon letter no. 1380 dated 07.06.2016 immediately and ensure payment of salary of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
