Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would itself reveal that for land dispute. Petitioner-Rup Narayan Sharma allegedly attempted to sexually assault the informant. There is case and counter case. Parties have entered into a compromise. The petitioners are in custody since 15.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

No.22193 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majhauliya Police Station Case No.363 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
