Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P. S. Case No. 317 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 379, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one coaccused, Mithilesh Paswan was apprehended on the spot but not the petitioner and he disclosed the name of the petitioner and one of his associates. Besides that, there is no other material and Mithilesh Paswan has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2616 of 2018.
