No.268 of 2019, dated 02.07..2019, registered at Police Station Mashrak District- Saran, under Sections 379, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of six months. Prayer accepted.
