2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) of the BNS, 2023.
3. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of his confessional statement before the police. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.02.2025.
4. Learned APP however, vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that at the behest of this petitioner, the Tengari which was used in the commission of offence, was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on bail in connection with Deodha PS Case No. 17 of 2025 corresponding to Session Trial No. 213 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madhubani. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
6. However, as the petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2025, the trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
