2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant alleged that petitioner secured appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The certificate of the petitioner is not forged or fabricated but has been declared forged without proper verification. Petitioner has already been removed from service, vide Memo No. 83 dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75083 of 2022(3) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 25.12.2022 and the petitioner is not working on the said post. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashutosh/- U T
