The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.50 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 332, 427, 337, 188, 290, 291, 283, 152, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners pelted stones on the police party and obstructed in discharge of their official duties, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11695 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
