1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that petitioner is the husband and the victim died within a year of marriage as such even presumption in law is also against the accused persons including the petitioner.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
