The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 registered under Sections 448/386/354B/379/506/504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37352 of 2017, as detailed in supplementary affidavit (Annexure-6).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45872 of 2017 (3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
