SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2015 During the pendency of the contempt petition, authorities of the Board have passed order dated 02.08.2015 in compliance of the order of the High Court dated 05.12.2012 i.e. much beyond the time granted by the High Court under the aforesaid order. The authorities of the Board having passed the order dated 02.08.2015, this Court is not inclined to proceed against them, but they are warned to be careful in future to pass order within the time granted by this Court.
