JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Phulwarisharif PS Case No. 781 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427 and 437 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that hundred unknown persons due to communal riot set fire in the poultry farm of the informant causing huge loss.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown about hundred in number, there is no material against the petitioner to connect him in the alleged offence and similarly situated another co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by the coordinate Bench of this Court. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Monu Kumar @ Saurav Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XV -cum-ACJM Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif PS Case No. 781 of 2017.
