1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of certiorari quashing the letter no- 237/2022-23 dated 03-09-22 which has been issued by the Assistant General Manager cum Disciplinary Authority, Sate Bank of India, Head Office, Patna by which the petitioner has been show cause for gross negligence to perform his duty without any basis and as it is fit to be set aside."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the order of punishment has been passed, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to assail the same by filing a fresh writ petition. Liberty so sought is granted.
