2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115, 118(1), 117, 109, 103(1), 352, 3(5) of the BNSS, 2023.

3. Petitioners are said to have gave fatal injuries to the deceased by deadly weapons with intention to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. He

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.
